About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DB Schenker.

💼 Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for transport bookings, where the work primarily takes place via email and to some extent via phone. You will register and confirm bookings in the company's system, ensure that the information is correct, and respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery times and transport-related matters. The role also involves close collaboration with colleagues internally to create a smooth and efficient booking flow.
We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has a strong drive, as well as clear leadership qualities. You are ready to take on team leadership responsibilities and have the ambition to actively lead, support, and develop the team in their daily work.
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Good computer skills
• Proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Service experience
• Experience in a similar role/interest in the logistics industry is an advantage
• Experience in a team leader role is an advantage
